Thanks so much. Yes what state do you live in, a lot of the laws and regulations when it comes to tip pools comes down to state laws. The owner is the only one who manages the tip pool and no one has a breakdown of how it works. Anyone who has asked has gotten fired or forced to quit shortly thereafter. The restaurant I am currently at carries an average $10 meal. Despite the lower checks, by working on Saturdays I've managed to still leave a 6-8 hour shift with $120-150. I've gotten invited to apply as a server at Red Lobster and wanted to hear opinions on it and I also had a couple of questions.
